Let's Help Mexico

It looks like Hurricane Dean is going to cause a lot of devastation in Mexico. Much of the infrastructure and housing in the country could be badly damaged. They're going to need a lot of help to rebuild.

Coincidentally, I know where they can get 12 million Mexicans who will work cheap.
