So Nancy "Old Mother Hubbard" Pelosi says that "the cupboard is bare" and that it's impossible to cut the Federal Government any further.

Yeah...the delusional old witch really did say that. Two things are immediately obvious:

1) She's crazier than a shithouse rat, and
2) Her constituents are complete and utter morons.

Apparently we have enough money to throw down this rathole:

So, we'll give them $100 million...and they'll piss it away like they've pissed away every nickel that they've ever had. Nothing will change.

There will be no benefit derived by Detroit, Michigan or The United States. The only people who will benefit from this is the Democrat Party.

If they couldn't use our money to buy votes, they would cease to exist overnight.
